The 10th Annual Black Tie Bingo gala, presented by Emond Harnden, dazzled at Ottawa’s Infinity Convention Centre, raising $100,000 for Bruyère Health. More than 450 business and community leaders attended this elegant evening.
Guests enjoyed exciting bingo rounds with prizes including a VIP night to see Jim Cuddy, a diamond ring, and a tropical cruise. The Ottawa Professional Fire Fighters Association contributed a generous $10,000 to support Bruyère’s mission. Gala committee chair Joanne Kudakiewicz, also vice-chair of Bruyère Health, played a key role in the event’s success.
A highlight was Julie Picciano winning a week-long stay at Grand Isle Resort in Exuma, Bahamas, with airfare donated by WCPD and Desjardins Financial Security.
Proceeds will fund specialized equipment, enhancing Bruyère’s ability to provide high-quality, compassionate patient care. Since 2014, Black Tie Bingo has raised more than $480,000 for patient care.
