Mann Lawyers is proud to announce the formation of its Not-for-Profit and Charity Law Group and that Megan Wallace, an experienced corporate lawyer in the sector, has joined the team to lead this group.
Mann Lawyers has worked with not-for-profits and charities since its inception and has made the decision to form a specialized group to focus on the needs of these organizations and to provide them with seamless service for all their legal needs.
Wallace was called to the bar of Ontario in 2010 and the bar of Alberta in 2015 and has been working with not-for-profits and charities from the beginning of her career.
Her depth of experience and knowledge of the sector is an asset to our existing practice in the area and makes her the right choice to lead this group.
Supported by lawyers from its existing practice groups, Mann Lawyers Not-for-Profit and Charity Law Group applies this resident knowledge and expertise to representing the interests of not-for-profits and charities.
