It’s that time of year: the Best Ottawa Business Awards (BOBs) are once again accepting nominations for one of the city’s most prestigious business awards programs.
The awards, organized by The Ottawa Board of Trade and the Ottawa Business Journal, highlight the innovation, leadership and success of dozens of companies in Ottawa.
“We are living in interesting times,” says Michael Curran, OBJ publisher. “So much seems to be shifting in this post-pandemic world. Nevertheless, there are many companies rising to the challenge. The are confronting change head-on, adapting and competing at a high level. We want to identify and celebrate those companies to allow others to get inspired.”

- Social Entrepreneurship
- Sustainability
The BOBs organizing committee will also select recipients for CEO of the Year, CFO of the Year, Newsmaker of the Year, Lifetime Achievement, Deals of the Year and Best Performance in Co-op.
The deadline for nominations is Friday, Sept. 22 at 11:59 PM.
Recipients will be honoured at a gala on Thursday, Nov. 23 at the Westin Ottawa. Tickets will be available in September. Stay tuned for more details.
