The developer and property manager behind the Ottawa Train Yards shopping centre is proposing a new expansion that would add more than 5,000 square metres of new retail space.
The development proposed by Controlex Corporation calls for the construction of three new single-storey buildings along Industrial Avenue.
The largest would be a 3,326.86-square-metre retail building. Also included in the plan is a 1,941.67-square-metre retail building and a 185.8-square-metre building intended to be used as a café.
