The company said it selected Quebec City as a satellite product development office because of a strong base of software developers in the region, many with Software as a Service and talent management experience.
“Our expanded platform team is comprised of tenured Ottawa-based software developers and new team members in our Quebec City office,” Halogen vice-president of product development, Marc Brûlé, said in a statement. “Together they’re focused on building an even stronger foundation for all our products.”
The Netherlands office will have four staff, while 11 people will work out of Quebec City. Overall, Halogen employs 450 people.
