The chief operating officer of Shared Services Canada will deliver a keynote address on the second day of GTEC2015, event organizers announced Thursday.
John A. Glowacki Jr. is the first speaker officially announced for the annual forum for excellence in innovation and government service delivery.
He will discuss how Shared Services Canada is simplifying processes and developing a structure where part of the organization is responsible for the entire life cycle of the services they provide.
