Halogen Software announced Tuesday that its vice-president of sales, Phil Rugani, is leaving the company effective immediately.
“We will continue to enhance our regional model and the alignment of our global marketing, sales and client services capabilities to further improve our execution, customer success and growth,” interim CEO Les Rechan said in a statement, while thanking Mr. Rugani for his efforts and wishing him well in the future.
A 30-year industry veteran, Mr. Rugani joined Halogen in November 2013 after stops at Jupiter Management Consulting, where he was president and CEO from 2009-14, and Factonomy, where he was CEO from 2011-13. His earlier career included stops at VMWare/Integrien, IBM and Oracle.
