Solid revenue growth in the third quarter of fiscal 2019 helped push Intouch Insight from a loss to a profit, the Ottawa-based firm announced Thursday.
Intouch, which develops software to help brands solicit feedback from and better engage with their customers, reported revenues of $4.9 million for the three months ended Sept. 30. That’s up 25 per cent from the same period in 2018.
Already serving well-known brands such as Sobeys and A&W, CEO Cameron Watt said in a statement that the firm also added “new logos to its portfolio” this past quarter, including St-Hubert BBQ. New business helped push the company to a net profit of $136,566, compared to a loss of $589,964 a year ago.

The company announced after the quarter’s close that it was adding Erin Fenn, a recipient of OBJ’s Forty Under 40 award in 2019, as executive vice-president. Fenn will oversee the company’s sales, marketing and product management operations.
