A day after DragonWave-X formally came under new ownership, the firm has made news again, announcing a new CEO in the form of “change agent” Hans Amell.
Mr. Amell is also the CEO of Catalyst International Ltd., a management consulting firm that has worked with companies such as Ericsson and Honeywell. His LinkedIn reads that, as part of Catalyst’s restructuring efforts, Mr. Amell has previously taken on C-suite roles at companies he’s called in to assist.
A press release announcing his appointment calls him a “change agent,” with experience leading “major transformations in global industry leading companies.”
