Osgoode Properties is asking for the city’s permission to build three new towers at 27 Selkirk St. in Vanier.
An application filed with the city calls for two residential towers of between 24 and 27 storeys along with another 11-storey building.
The site is currently home to the Eastview Plaza strip mall.
