The Employees’ Choice Awards are back, and this year we’re once again looking for the top employers in National Capital Region.
The annual survey and awards are an opportunity for companies in Ottawa and Gatineau to receive recognition for the hard work that goes into creating a fun, engaging and productive work environment. An Employees’ Choice Award can set a company apart as the premier place to work in its local industry, making it an effective marketing tool for attracting top talent.

“You’re always unsure going into (the survey) … but part of it is, really, about getting feedback from the employees to see how we’re doing, and about trying to improve the workplace,” Ottawa managing partner Kenneth Tammadge told OBJ.Social at last year’s awards ceremony hosted at the Rideau Club.
The awards are open to for-profit companies, non-profits and government entities in the National Capital Region with 15 or more full- or part-time employees that have been in business for more than a year.
The deadline for registration is Oct. 5 with the winners announced at a special awards presentation on Dec. 6.
