A sold-out crowd of 75 individuals gathered at the University of Ottawa last week for Ottawa’s first Prism Awards to honour businesses and organizations with coaching programs.
The concept was developed by the Toronto chapter of the International Coach Federation to recognize outstanding organizational coaching initiatives that meet professional standards, address strategic goals, shape organizational culture and have measurable effects, local organizers say.
Bringing the awards program to Ottawa is, in part, a recognition of the evolving industry.
