Coming off a high-growth year, Gatineau commerce firm SMITH has been tapped by Air Canada Vacations to redesign the full gamut of travellers’ booking experiences.
SMITH will work with Air Canada’s vacation packages service to develop a new system based on customers’ online behaviour. SMITH’s research will inform an overhaul of Air Canada Vacations’ digital platforms that’s designed to better engage with customers before, during and after a trip.
The commerce firm, which celebrates its 20-year anniversary next week, says it saw 45 per cent revenue growth in 2017. SMITH has been expanding its presence in the National Capital Region in recent years, with a growing headcount of around 100 in Gatineau.
