What’s the process? Employers are asked to fill out an in-depth questionnaire about their company, while employees are asked to take a survey. These elements allow us to collect direct information and honest feedback about your workplace. We need both to conduct a thorough analysis of your organization and complete a professional assessment to determine if you are one of the best.
You can enter if your company meets the following requirements:
- Have at least 15 full- or part-time permanent employees working in Ottawa
- Have a physical operation in Ottawa
- Are publicly or privately held organization
- Are a for-profit, not-for-profit, or a government organization
- Have been in business for at least one year, at the program registration deadline
