Ottawa-based IT staffing and recruitment firm Modis Canada has secured a Canadian Armed Forces contract to support a hub for developing new military capabilities.

The Department of National Defence calls the Canadian Forces Warfare Centre a “laboratory for innovation” that analyzes and evaluates new military capability requirements.

Under the support contract, Modis will be responsible for providing technical support as needed to various parts of the centre, including its joint battle lab and doctrine development departments.
