The federal government has awarded a multimillion-dollar contract to a Gatineau contractor to refit two floors of a large office complex for the Department of Employment and Social Development Canada, federal records show.
Defran will install a new ceiling, light fixtures, blinds and carpets, as well as perform other fit-ups on the fifth and seventh floor of Place du Portage IV.
It was the largest federal contract awarded to a local firm between Feb. 6 and 12. Here’s the full list:
