Ottawa-based DragonWave Inc. has opened a service and repair centre in Delhi, India, the company said on Monday.
DragonWave (TSX: DWI), which markets microwave-based networking products, says the new centre will allow it to offer faster service and repair turnaround times to its Indian customers. It will offer support to all DragonWave products.
“We are seeing good traction in India and it’s an opportune time to establish a service and repair centre that will extend our presence in this important market and provide high-calibre service and support to our existing and future customer base in country,” Peter Allen, DragonWave’s president and CEO, said in a release.
