BTI gets $2M from Difference Capital as part of $27M equity round

BTI Systems Inc., an Ottawa-based network infrastructure provider, has raised $2 million in equity funding from Toronto-based Difference Capital, the investment firm announced on Thursday.

The investment is part of a larger $27 million equity funding round that appears to have closed at the end of December, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the United States.

The rest of the investors in the round have not been disclosed.
