An Ottawa-based staffing agency that specializes in placing IT workers has been acquired by a Toronto firm.
Eagle Professional Resources has been sold to S.i. Systems ULC, the companies announced this week. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 1996, Eagle now has about 100 employees in 10 offices across Canada. CEO Janice Grantham said joining with S.i. Systems, one of the country’s largest IT staffing organizations, will create an industry “powerhouse” with a broader market reach and wider range of services.
