Wi-LAN (TSX:WIN), an Ottawa-based patent licensing firm, has agreed to end a legal dispute with Toshiba.
The agreement, which WiLAN announced on Thursday, means that pending litigation between the two sides is now over.
Toshiba will get a license to use some of the patents as part of the deal, according to a WiLAN press release.
