Alti Construction will begin repairing City Hall’s underground parking garage later this month after winning a contract valued at $206,105.
The job includes repairing suspended concrete slabs and asphalt within the garage as part of the facility’s normal maintenance schedule, according to Doug Robertson, the city’s manager of parking operations maintenance and development.
Nick Sala, president of Alti Construction, said his team will be repairing deteriorated concrete, supplying and installing new expansion joints and drains, and applying a waterproof coating to protect the repaired concrete from further deterioration.
