A west-end trucking and road maintenance company is looking to construct a new garage, office and storage space to facilitate the firm’s growth, according to documents filed with the city.
Vanson Transport operates out of a 7.9-acre property at 2688 Carp Rd., approximately half a kilometre northwest of Richardson Side Road.
The company is looking to build a new 6,450-square-foot repair garage and two-storey office on the site, according to a site plan application initiated last year. An existing repair garage would be relocated to elsewhere on the property.
