Heather J. Williams, a partner at Cavanagh Williams LLP, has become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Ms. Williams has been practising law in Ottawa for 25 years and is an alumna of the Common Law Section of the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa and the School of Journalism of Carleton University.
Christopher McLeod has joined Mann Lawyers as head of the firm’s commercial litigation team. Mr. McLeod practised previously at Cassidy Levy Kent and Dentons.
