An Ottawa-based software firm has been acquired by a U.S. company looking to fill out its portfolio of creative industry offerings.
ConceptShare, which develops a platform to help large companies and creative agencies streamline the proofing and approval process for marketing materials and other artistic content, was founded in Ottawa in 2006. The company current operates out of a suite at 130 Slater St.
The firm will be acquired by Virginia’s Deltek, an enterprise software provider for government users and other large organizations. Deltek will offer ConceptShare’s platform as a standalone product as well as integrating the firm’s solution into its existing offerings.
