Biggest lesson learned: Be authentic. In leading an important corporate initiative, I was asked to stretch outside my comfort zone. In navigating in this zone, I had the opportunity to understand who I was as a leader, learning my strengths and accepting my vulnerabilities. Remaining true to myself was a key contributor to my leadership growth.

Advice I’d give the younger me: Be courageous and curious.
