The City of Gatineau has issued a public tender for empty land it plans to sell north of downtown.
The 177,688-square-foot site is located at the corner of Boulevard de la Cité and Boulevard du Carrefour and is mostly empty fields with some surrounding office buildings.
Interested bidders need to submit a preliminary site plan and a cheque for 10 per cent of the tender amount by June 13, the city said.
