The Emerald Plaza on Merivale Road is changing hands, Primecorp Commercial Realty announced Tuesday.
Primecorp is an adviser in the deal between the buyer and seller whose identities were not released.
“This deal came together seamlessly and efficiently in four months,” Primecorp broker Aaida Oakley said in a statement.

As CHEO turns 50, the business community is more important than ever
As CHEO and the CHEO Foundation turn 50 this year, the telethon is making it even easier for the business community to lend a helping hand.
The property includes 56,823 square feet of office space in a five-storey building and another 95,074 square feet of retail space with anchor tenants including TD Canada Trust, Buffet Yang Ming, Pet Smart, Alexanian Flooring Limited and Campbell Douglas Keyboards. Costco recently leased 17,000 square feet of space to serve as storage for its location at Merivale Road and Hunt Club Road.
“Primecorp continues to prove it is one of the most dynamic and successful full-service independent commercial brokers in the country, having completed transactions in excess of $6 billion in over 55 Canadian cities since its inception,” Primecorp COO and founding and managing partner Sam Firestone said in a statement.
Terms of the deal were not released.
