The collaboration between Corus Entertainment and Ottawa-based You.i TV continued Tuesday when Corus announced the launch of two new television apps.
YTVGo and NickGo are both built using built the You.i Engine software, which provides user interface technology for all platforms.
Tuesday’s release follows the launch of Corus’s TreehouseGO app in June, which also used You.i TV technology.

“The YTV and Nick apps allow kids and families to customize their programming and experience these fun and interactive brands wherever and whenever they choose,” Corus executive vice-president Colin Bohm said in a statement. “These kids apps also give us the flexibility to exclusively premiere series and sample exciting new content.”
More Corus apps will be unveiled in the coming months, the company said.
