An Ottawa real estate investor is eyeing a property just a block away from the Altea Ottawa fitness centre for a new development that would include two highrises and a seniors living facility.

Toronto-based investor Forum Asset Management is the latest firm to propose a new development in Orleans, with plans for a multi-tower build that would create more than 1,500 residential units and a new community centre just east of Place d’Orleans Shopping Centre.
