Biggest biz achievement: Building and implementing an infrastructure of systems and processes at Dymon to assist in the aggressive expansion plans that are coming down the pipeline.
Biggest obstacle: Lagging infrastructure in a rapidly changing environment, including a number of disparate software solutions that were out of date.
Biggest influence: My wife, Kearin. She keeps me grounded.
Biggest lesson learned: It never hurts to ask. I’m constantly negotiating with Dymon stakeholders, and if you don’t ask, you won’t get what you want.
First job: Cleaning golf clubs in the back shop of a private country club.
Advice I’d give the younger me: Be a better listener, as you won’t always know the right answer.
What’s left to do: Professionally, I’m looking forward to continuing to build a strong team of individuals to make the Dymon vision become reality. Personally, I’m still trying to figure out how to best get that little white golf ball in the cup as quickly as possible.
Favourite pastime: Watching my kids grow and learn about the world.
