Two years after moving into its new downtown digs, Impact Hub Ottawa says it’s moving up to an extra floor.
Impact Hub and the Community Foundation of Canada currently co-host social enterprises in 10,000 square feet of coworking space at 123 Slater St. alongside seven other stewards. The groups aim to achieve social impact primarily through the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Currently hosting 60 to 90 individuals daily on the sixth floor of the building, Impact Hub announced this week it will also occupy 6,200 square feet on the floor above in the coming months. The new space will have room for an additional 50 desks for individuals and small groups as well as open, collaborative workspaces.
