As winter settles in across the capital, one of Ottawa’s most high-profile charitable and business networking events is set to return to its roots: On Wed., March 4, 2026, The Snowsuit Fund will host SnowBall: A Cool Winter’s Eve, presented by Intega IT, at its original and iconic venue: 50 Sussex Dr.
The event will bring together community leaders for an evening of both social impact and meaningful brand exposure.
A multi-level, immersive experience
SnowBall is The Snowsuit Fund’s signature fundraising gala, with proceeds supporting the purchase, storage, and distribution of new snowsuits for children in need across Ottawa.
Now in its sixth year, the event has become a staple on the city’s corporate and philanthropic calendar, consistently selling out while offering sponsors and attendees a unique platform to align their brands with a trusted local charity and a highly engaged audience.
This year’s return to 50 Sussex Dr. will welcome 400 guests for a multi-level, immersive experience designed to maximize interaction and visibility. The evening will feature sophisticated winter-inspired décor, live music and DJ performances, experiential activations, and silent and live auctions showcasing exclusive items and experiences.
Guests will enjoy chef stations from some of Ottawa’s top culinary organizations including Beckta, Raphaël Peruvian Cuisine, Andaz Ottawa ByWard Market, Heart & Crown, Essence Catering, Barrio, Tulips and Maple, Mādahòkì Farm, E18hteen and Social, with more to be announced. Bars throughout the venue will serve wine, beer, signature cocktails, and mocktails.

A compelling return on investment for corporate sponsors
For corporate supporters, SnowBall offers a compelling return on investment. Sponsorship opportunities provide prominent on-site branding, digital and social media exposure, and direct engagement with Ottawa’s business, sports, and philanthropic communities.
Many organizations use SnowBall as a relationship-building opportunity for hosting clients, rewarding employees, and networking with like-minded leaders while visibly demonstrating their commitment to community impact.
The results speak for themselves. Last year’s SnowBall raised $90,000, and organizers aim to surpass that figure in 2026. Already this winter, The Snowsuit Fund has distributed more than 20,000 snowsuits to children aged 15 and under – the largest distribution in the organization’s 43-year history, as rising living costs continue to put pressure on local families.
“SnowBall is a powerful example of how Ottawa’s business community can come together to make a real difference for local families,” says John Robinson, Snowsuit Fund board member and CEO of Intega IT. “We’re proud to support The Snowsuit Fund and help ensure children across our city stay warm, confident, and included this winter.”
A growing list of corporate and community sponsors
SnowBall has also become a standout networking event, regularly attracting senior executives, professional athletes, and community leaders who support The Snowsuit Fund year-round.
This year’s growing list of corporate and community supporters includes Intega IT, Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, BMO Private Wealth Management and BMO Nesbitt Burns, Humen Kind, Lansdowne Consulting Group, the Ottawa Senators Foundation, Salon Fiorella, the Ottawa Titans, the Ottawa Professional Fire Fighters Association, Brazeau Seller Law, Rogers Sports & Media, the Ottawa Business Journal, and Expedia Cruises (Westboro & Kanata offices).
Tickets are $250 per person, with a $900 four-pack offering exceptional value for companies looking to host clients or attend as a team. Sponsorship opportunities and tickets are available at snowsuitfund.com/snowball-2026.
