Caroline Andrews is one of the most well-known figures in Canadian media. Her distinguished career has included publishing some of the country’s most iconic magazine brands, from Style At Home to The Hockey News. But now, Andrews is turning her attention to Ottawa’s hottest industry: Real estate.
Whether you are a first-time buyer, someone downsizing for retirement, or an investor looking to add to your portfolio, having a trusted voice to navigate the red-hot housing market in the city has never been more important. After decades of executive leadership in business across Canada, Andrews has returned to her Ottawa roots to help others fulfill their real estate dreams.
Leaning into her passion for real estate and interior design, she has joined the boutique real estate firm Engel & Völkers as a local advisor.
Andrews spent more than 16 years at TC Transcontinental Media. As vice-president and publisher, she was at the helm of some of the country’s top magazine brands including Elle Canada and Canadian Living. She was then headhunted to YPG Digital and Media Solutions, where she was vice-president and chief publishing officer of their national portfolio of lifestyle and design magazines, which included Vancouver Magazine and Western Living. She was also in charge of their real estate publishing division helping market the largest real estate developers in Canada. Andrews chose to move back to Ottawa two years ago, the city where she grew up, and follow a new career path that was decades in the making.
