How to help employees manage change

As the saying goes, change is the only constant in business.

Still, that expression doesn’t begin to reflect the challenging new business environment brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Employees are being asked to work from home, juggling family and technology issues. Others might be working in public and experiencing anxiety from health concerns. Either way, employees are being asked to deal with a situation that is so complex and unknown that many are paralysed by uncertainty.

In this instance, companies are experiencing a dramatic decrease in employee productivity that undermines their ability to execute.
