Dawe is a chartered professional accountant and has completed the CPA Canada’s in-depth tax course. Born and raised in Newfoundland and Labrador, Dawe came to Ottawa to study commerce and accounting at Carleton University. She became a full-time employee at Hendry Warren LLP in 2010 after three years as a co-op student with the firm and obtained her chartered accountant designation in 2012.
