Crave Food & Wine Festival: Ottawa’s new premier culinary event

DNA Live aims to satisfy cravings for a proper food & wine event in Ottawa

Crave festival

On Nov 11 & 12, prepare to indulge in what is set to become Ottawa’s new premier food & wine event – Crave Food & Wine Festival, presented by Richcraft.

Held at the beautiful Shaw Centre in the downtown core, Crave aims to satisfy the need for a proper food & wine event in the national capital.

What is Crave?

Once you enter Crave, you will be transported to a playground that has transformed the Shaw Centre show floor into themed sections such as Fiesta Corner, Island Escape, Southern Valley, The Spice Hut, Wines of the World and many more. Each section will feature some of the world’s best exhibitors serving food, wine, beer, cocktails, or other beverage samples related to their specific theme or speciality.

Your ticket will also give you access to watch and engage with demonstrations from our various celebrity guests on either of our two stages featuring topics such as cake decorating, how to make a perfect seafood chowder, proper knife sharpening techniques, creating a signature cocktail, and many more.

Once at the venue, patrons will purchase sample tickets to be able to indulge in anything and everything they want to try within the event. Sample tickets are sold at $1.00 each, inclusive of provincial taxes and each exhibitor will determine how many sample tickets to charge for their product. The average price for a beverage is three tickets and the average for food is seven tickets. Each visitor will receive a sampling glass upon entry.

Tickets for the event range between 25-35$ plus the costs of sample tickets.
