In addition to 30 years of experience serving the construction trades, retail businesses, manufacturers, the auto dealership sector, professional and non-profit sectors and more, Miron brings a mindset that complements the client-first philosophy at Scrivens.

Before joining the Ottawa insurance broker, Claude was a sought-after leader in the city’s business landscape. He was vice-president of a local insurance broker, president of the Junior Chamber and director of the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce. In 2009, his contributions to Ottawa’s growing insurance sector earned him a prestigious Forty Under 40 award from the Ottawa Business Journal. He is currently chairman of the Ottawa Insurance Brokers Association (OIBA) board.

Miron looks forward to contributing his expertise and fresh perspective to the team at Scrivens, which recently celebrated 90 years as one of Ottawa’s leading insurance brokers.
