The announcement of the shortlisted developers will follow a review of preliminary proposals from applicants, who have until Feb. 8 to submit their vision for the land.
The Crown corporation says it will launch a request for qualifications to develop a two-and-half-acre site east of the Pimisi LRT station at the end of this month.
Crown corporation was scheduled to launch the development process for property at 665 Albert St. earlier this spring.
Whether it ends up bearing the name Re-Imagined or IllumiNATION, one thing is clear — a long overdue change is coming to LeBreton Flats.
