Reaching every single commercial address in Ottawa
Starting in September 2018, OBJ will relaunch its printed product as a monthly newsmagazine and begin an exciting new distribution strategy.
Using Precision Targeting from Canada Post, OBJ’s newsmagazine will reach every single commercial address – businesses, non-profits, medical offices, education facilities, etc. – through the postal service. A single copy will be delivered to each address and arrive with other important mail such as business cheques and invoices.
The national capital region will be divided into four zones – Central, Ottawa West-South, Kanata-Rural West and Lowertown-Ottawa East. Each zone will contain more than five thousand separate commercial addresses. Each issue of OBJ’s newsmagazine will target one zone. So, for example, the September issue will target target Kanata-Rural West. The next issue will shift east to Ottawa West-South and so on.
Over the course of four issues, OBJ’s monthly newsmagazine will reach 20,000+ businesses and organizations from Orléans in the east to Arnprior in the west and Manotick in the south. This gives OBJ advertisers 98% penetration into all businesses and organizations in Ottawa.
We provide additional distribution racks at key locations throughout including the Ottawa International Airport, numerous hotel and conference centres, and high-density commercial and industrial zones.
