Data Deletion
To request deletion of your account, fill out the form below. We will process your request within 30 days and email you when it is complete.
What Gets Deleted
Upon a verified request, Great River Media will delete the following data associated with your account:
- Account credentials (email address and password)
- Profile information (name, company, phone number, address)
- Marketing preferences and email subscriptions
- Behavioral and usage data tied to your account
What Gets Retained and Why
Certain data is retained after account deletion to comply with legal and accounting obligations:
- Order history and billing records are retained for seven years as required by applicable tax and financial regulations
- Records of transactions may also be retained to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
Third-Party Data
Some data is processed by third-party services operating on obj.ca, including analytics and advertising platforms. Deletion requests submitted to Great River Media do not automatically extend to data held independently by those third parties. You may contact those providers directly to exercise your rights.
